I was looking for an apartment online many months ahead of my move to Cambodia. Contacted a few of the “better-known” real estate agents, but never got a reply…

Then I accidentally ran into Mala Chea Real Estate, and was pleased with what she had on offer – quite different from most run-of-the-mill condo’s et al on other sites.

I contacted her via email, and – much to my surprise – got an near instant reply. After some back and forth via Whatsapp, in which I described what I was looking for, she almost immediately came up with at least five locations, most of them pretty adherent to my wishlist. The next day – a Saturday no less – she send me some more possibilities, one of which was just an awesome place; exactlly fitting to my needs.

With only one week to go before my move, she arranged a meeting with the owner/manager of that particular place. She too was present at that meeting, and even helped in negotiations about the rent… I signed the lease a few days later, again with Mala present and explaining things where necessary.

Mala is charmingly petite in posture, but a giant in what she does best : finding the perfect place for you. Relentless in her pursuit, apparently working into ungodly late hours, extremely friendly and professional, always instant “on”, and a real pleasure to work with. What a lady, she is !

Very professional and reliable service. Understood our wishes perfectly and has been very helpful.
