I provide this review having recently benefited from the excellent service Miss Mala Chea provides:

Miss Mala Chea is a first class real estate agent. She works closely with her clients, communicating effectively, to determine exactly what her client is looking for. She then provides suitable options for her clients to consider.

She has a keen understanding of the local property market and is always ready to share her knowledge and research with her clients.

Miss Mala Chea aims to get a feel of what exactly her clients are looking for, thus ensuring that she provides a client centered service. If she feels a client may not settle in a particular location she will inform the client of this, and explain the reasons, before suggesting localities more suitable to each individual client.

In my case Miss Mala Chea liaised very effectively with myself and my new landlady. She resolved the small issues I raised promptly and effectively, to our mutual satisfaction. Once the contract was signed she continued to oversee the arrangements, thereby resolving a small internet connectivity problem that came to light after I’d moved in.

She is a charming young lady with a highly professional approach to her work. I have no hesitation in recommending her. She’s top class.

Meet Mala – not only is she sweet, but she is also exceptionally professional. She actively listened to our needs and was able to accurately understand our requirements. Mala then carefully selected options that met our needs. Thanks to her excellent work, we found exactly what we were looking for and are thrilled with the outcome. We appreciate Mala’s attention to detail and her patience throughout the process. Thank you, dear Mala!
