I’m an independent real estate agent living and working in Phnom Penh.
Background
Before I began my career in the real estate industry, I worked in sales and marketing for two companies in Phnom Penh and earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
I found my calling in my next role at one of Cambodia’s top real estate firms, where I spent my first two years learning about the industry and studying the local property market.
Now I spend my days visiting (and photographing) many of the beautiful apartments and villas that Phnom Penh has to offer, and showing clients from all over the world around the city and helping them find the perfect home.
Realty Services
My role as your realtor is to make sure I understand all of the requirements and your “must-haves” for your new home and work hard to find the available properties that check as many of those needs as possible. I’m also an experienced negotiator and will work to negotiate on your behalf with your potential new landlord, provide unbiased industry standard lease agreements, and assist in reviewing the property’s inventory on the day you move in.
If you need advice about which type of property may be best for you, and which location might best suit your daily life, I can certainly help with this too.
